Friday 08 July was a busy day and Dr Dan started off with a visit to Realise Futures in Ipswich. Meeting with service users, Dr Dan was extremely impressed at the opportunities on offer and took time to have a tour of the facility, speaking with many of the team on his way around.
From here, Dr Dan enjoyed a tour of Whitehouse Primary School, led informatively by two pupils from the school. Dr Dan enjoyed hearing about the upcoming school performance and the excitement of all involved and was especially impressed by the courteous and professional attitude shown by the pupils.
Finally, the day ended with a visit to Baylham Care Home where Dr Dan took time to have a look around the impressive facilities and spent time meeting and talking with residents, some of whom were very keen to discuss the recent political events.
