Dr Dan holds Meet Your MP event in Coddenham

Dr Dan fields questions from a local audience at his Coddenham Meet Your MP event. Dr Dan recently attended the Coddenham Parish Council annual meeting, which was followed by an informative Question and Answer session with local residents. Unscripted questions were put to Dan on a number of issues, both local and national. Among some of the main topics of interest was his recent trip aboard the East Anglian Air Ambulance and his subsequent letter to the Health Secretary, signed by most of the East Anglian MPs, calling for a permanent helipad to be established Addenbrooke’s Hospital, so that the air ambulance can continue to play a full part in the rapid treatment of severely injured patients. He also discussed the need to provide more community-focussed health and social care to care for our growing ageing population in Suffolk, along with the Government’s planning reforms. Dan always enjoys the opportunity to talk to residents directly, and to hear their views as well as update them on the work he is doing as your MP and he would like to thank all of those who attended on the evening.
