Birthday cake and blackcurrants, all in the name of work...

On Wednesday 10 August, Dr Dan was delighted to join the team from Best of Suffolk to celebrate their 10th birthday. Dr Dan cut the celebratory cake – a delicate matter, and spent time talking to the assembled guests. In particular, Dr Dan paid tribute to Best of Suffolk for their continued success and growth.

It was then on to Wickham Skeith where Dr Dan enjoyed meeting the community and discussing a wide range of issues, over a welcome spot of lunch.

Rounding off another busy day, Dr Dan then visited a farm in the constituency, where he enjoyed watching the careful harvest of the delicate blackcurrant crop. Afterwards, there was an opportunity to sample some homemade juice and to discuss views on farming, Brexit and local businesses.
