Last year, Dr Dan visited Claydon High School to learn more about the work going on amongst students to break down stigma around mental health. Dr Dan was delighted to make a return visit to the school today to talk about progress made, but also to meet with a group of students for a Question and Answer session.
Following a meeting with Head Teacher, Mrs Taylor, Dr Dan met with the students who were all too keen to put their questions to their local MP. A wide variety of topics were covered including facilities for young people in and around Claydon, cycle paths and facilities, broadband, policing and mental health support for young people.
Dr Dan was impressed by the enthusiasm of the pupils and the work they had very clearly put into compiling their questions and he looks forward to making a return visit to the school soon.
